2. SUBJECT MATTER

The subject matter of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.dgnstudio.co, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection numbered 6502 and related regulation provisions.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

The product is sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER in the order form within the legal period of a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be supplied, the BUYER is informed, and a refund is made.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be given to the SELLER within this period, and the product must not have been used and its packaging must not have been damaged. If the right of withdrawal is exercised;

  • The product is returned to the SELLER with the return shipping label.
  • After the product reaches the SELLER, the product price is refunded to the BUYER using the payment method they used, within a maximum of 10 business days.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • Products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal needs
  • If the package has been opened
  • Products that are past the return period, unlabeled, or used

6. LIABILITY AND COMPETENT COURT

The SELLER is responsible in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 if the product subject to the order is defective. Consumer complaints can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.

Competent court: Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees

7. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement by approving it electronically. This agreement comes into effect upon completion of the order.
